This cloud project was built with a basic CNC carved form in 1 lb/cf styrofoam that was built by Daedalus Design and Production in Brooklyn, NY. PRG designed and built a truss that was embedded in the middle of the styrofoam blocks. It was assembled at Dogwood Entertainment production shop in Poughkeepsie, then sprayed with 2 lb foam and sanded to create the surface. Then it was sprayed with VFI poly-urea hard-coat, and primed and painted with a flat white finish.

Cradles were created for on-site assembly and crates for shipping.
